Press Rebuilds and Replacements

Paperchine supplies all components found in the press. Complete replacement press sections can be supplied designed to specific grade and production requirements. In addition individual presses can be rebuilt to optimize press operation through either revised press configurations or through increased nip loadings resulting in better runnability and higher press dryness for reduced evaporation requirements and energy savings in the dryer section.

Transfer Rebuilds

In addition to press replacements Paperchine can rebuild transfers into, out of, and between press sections for better operating efficiency.

Replacement parts

Paperchine can supply replacement parts for all components in a press section including framework, saveall pans, doctors, press rolls, felt conditioning equipment, and felt guides, stretchers, and guide palms.
