Reel Maintenance and Improvements

Paperchine supplies all components found in the reel section. Complete replacement reel sections can be supplied designed to specific grade and production requirements. In addition to configuration changes, existing reels can be rebuilt to increase jumbo size, improve turn-up efficiency, improve nip pressure control, and reduce paper losses.

Part Replacement

In addition to configuration changes Paperchine can supply replacement parts for all components in a reel section, including framework, primary arms, secondary arms, spool brakes, spool starters, and doctors.
